So after getting 5ish hours of sleep last night, having a VERY busy day at work, followed by an intense mma session which I am incredibly exhausted from; I, for some unknown reason, cannot sleep. Plus, I have to be up for work in 4h 45m…fml.
Someone come over and give me a sedative, knock me out…just do something. I’ll even pay for you to get on a plane and fly here just to knock my ginger ass out.
That's pretty awesome for cardio, I can just do 5km with one ten second walk. Do you run barefoot or shoes? When are you thinking of putting in your application? Sorry for the questions, you're the first Aussie on here I've seen that's keen to join the ADF. Good fucking luck for 2CDO, too.
I have small sections where I walk everynow and then but I try to push through the pain. I run with shoes of course lol. Dont you run with shoes?! It’s all good mate. You’re keen on joining the ADF? Thanks for the luck, but hopefully I wont need it haha. Train hard; fight easy. I’m hoping to join in the next two years. I want to travel overseas and get that out of my system before I settle down into a high intensity job. Heres a blog for you to check out. ceebee23.tumblr
It’s nothing to serious right now. I’m mainly focusing on cardio and calisthenic exercises. I run 2-4 times a week varying the distance, anywhere from 3kms to 10kms, the shorter the distance the harder I run. I do pushups, pullups, dips, situps etc as a way to keep my upper body strength. When I start my Army application I’ll throw some swimming and weights into the mix. As for diet, I really just eat whatever I can get my hands on haha, but lately I’ve been trying to make healthier decisions when it comes to food.
